Quite a number of you have enquired how you can make donations to Hywel's favoured charity, this page answers your questions on that topic.

Asthma UK, the new name for National Asthma Campaign, have agreed to set up a central record to record the total amount, not individual amounts, of any donations given to Asthma UK, in Hwyel's name.  In order to do this, any donation you make needs to be sent by post.  Simply put your mouse over the form below and right click, then choose the print picture option.  This will print out the donation form on your own printer.  Fill in the relevant fields and then send it off, together with your cheque, to the address on the form below.

(Please note:  Any postal donations via the form below and any online donations via Asthma UK website means the whole of the amount you give goes directly to the charity, the money does NOT go via any third party company who take a percentage of your donation.)
